Hey, STL! Meditation Mondays are starting back up again. This is your Monday reminder that it is important to let yourself unwind and rest when needed. Take the time today to relax your body and release the tension you may have built up from sitting in class and working for a long time. Participate in this 5-minute meditation and we’ve even added a 5 minute yoga routine for the neck and shoulders, which can be done anywhere and is great for students looking down at a desk all day.
