Good Morning STL! You’ve finally reached the last week of the first quadmester! Congratulations.  Give yourself a pat on the back! Though it is the last week of quadmester 1, it’s important that you still keep your mind in a relaxed and clear state, so you can be ready for the next quadmester starting up soon. Take a few minutes out of your day to try some quick breathing exercises that reduce stress, or a 5 minute yoga session to calm your anxiety. Have a great day STL!
