SOCIAL JUSTICE COUNCIL

In accordance with St. Theresa’s “little way,” the Social Justice Council provides opportunities for students to be “the salt of the earth … the light of the world.” (Mt. 5:13-14) Throughout the school year, the members of the Social Justice Council encourage awareness of social issues faced by many. The council reaches as far as Kenya, Africa, and as close to home as our own STL community. We believe that education is power, and as St. Theresa taught us, we strive to make big differences in little ways.
